Scope

-To design in a style consistent with the existing Victorian style home

Basement- To create a home office for the owner that does not feel like a basement, plus a backup storage and kitchenette area and TV room.

Backyard/Greenhouse- To create a place for the owner’s large collection of tropical plants that can also serve as dining expansion space for large family gatherings, and include year round heating.
